SKF 6012-2Z/C3 Ball Bearing

SKF Explorer bearing 6012 2Z C3 - non-disassembleable single-row radial ball bearing with a steel cage guided by balls, featuring double-sided non-contact metal seals and a higher radial clearance than normal. The cover plates of the 6012-2Z C3 bearing are pressed into grooves in the outer ring and fit against the smooth inner ring. The 6012 2Z C3 bearing is designed for arrangements with a rotating inner ring and is filled with high-quality grease with a temperature range from -40°C to +100°C for the entire service life of the bearing. If the outer ring rotates, grease leakage may occur at higher speeds. SKF 6012 Explorer class bearings represent a new group of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in key operating parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to the P6 accuracy class.
