Shipping policy

TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

5.1. If the method of transport is agreed upon based on a special request by the buyer, the buyer bears the risk and any additional costs associated with this method of transport.

5.2. If the seller is obliged under the purchase contract to deliver the goods to the place specified by the buyer in the order, the buyer is obliged to accept the goods upon delivery.

5.3. If, due to reasons on the buyer's side, it is necessary to deliver the goods repeatedly or by a method different from that specified in the order, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with repeated delivery or the costs of the alternative delivery method.

5.4. Upon receiving the goods from the carrier, the buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging and immediately notify the carrier of any defects. If the packaging shows signs of unauthorized tampering, the buyer is not obliged to accept the shipment from the carrier.

5.5. Further rights and obligations of the parties regarding the transport of goods may be regulated by the seller’s specific delivery terms, if issued.

DELIVERY OF NOTICES

10.1. Notices regarding the relationship between the seller and the buyer, especially notices of withdrawal from the purchase contract, must be delivered by registered mail unless otherwise specified in the purchase contract. Notices are sent to the relevant contact address of the other party and are considered delivered and effective upon receipt via mail, except for withdrawal notices made by the buyer, which are effective if sent within the withdrawal period.

10.2. A notice is also considered delivered if receipt was refused by the addressee, if it was not collected within the storage period, or if it was returned as undeliverable.

10.3. The contractual parties may send routine correspondence via email, to the email address provided in the buyer's user account, the address provided in the order, or the address listed on the seller’s website.
