SKF 2204 E-2RS1TN9 - non-disassemblable double-row tilting ball bearing with optimized internal construction, plastic cage made of polyamide 6.6 reinforced with glass fibers guided by two rows of balls, with double-sided friction seals and normal radial clearance.
The seals are made of oil-resistant and wear-resistant rubber, which is vulcanized onto a metal reinforcement and are pressed into grooves in the outer ring. The sealing edges rest against the beveled edges of the inner ring. The outer ring has a common spherical raceway for both rows of balls, allowing the bearing to tilt and compensate for misalignment or deflection of the shaft relative to the housing. The bearing is filled with high-quality lubricant with a temperature range from -40°C to +100°C, temporarily up to +120°C for the entire service life of the bearing.
