• Application: Designed for use in a wide temperature range and in highly vacuumed environments such as in semiconductors.
• Properties: Low vapor pressure (oil base), excellent resistance to chemicals and solvents, exceptional stability at high temperatures, well compatible with elastomers and plastics. Capable of operation even at low temperatures.
