Description
Loctite 660 is a very good bonding agent, especially for cylindrical components, particularly those with larger gaps, which can reach sizes of up to 0.5 mm. Loctite 660 has greater solubility and, upon curing, perfectly seals this gap, curing between two metal surfaces without access to air. After curing, the bond is very resistant to vibrations and shocks, which often lead to cracking or loosening of the joint. Additionally, Loctite 660 has a very long lifespan. Specific applications of Loctite 660 include restoring the correct positioning of worn shafts, securing bearings, clamps, or sleeves, and positioning springs, among others.
