Klüber ISOFLEX NBU 15

Klüber Isoflex NBU 15 is a plastic lubricant for high speeds with good load-carrying capacity. The product consists of a combination of ester oil (synthetic hydrocarbon oil), mineral oil, and barium complex soap. It provides good protection against wear and corrosion, resists water and media, and is stable against oxidation. Klüber Isoflex NBU 15 is a proven product due to many years of experience, especially at very high speeds. It ensures extended service life of structural components based on optimized wear protection and good load-carrying capacity. It has very good resistance to water and media, above-average additives for corrosion protection, protects against premature bearing failure, thereby helping to minimize maintenance costs. Another advantage is low self-heating of bearings due to low friction of the lubricant, which increases their lifespan.

Application
Klüber Isoflex NBU 15 is particularly suitable for high-speed rolling and sliding bearings, e.g., spindle bearings in machining and textile machines, thread spindles, ball screws under high load, for drive mechanism bearings, as well as a plastic lubricant for long-term lubrication of cable car bearings and for precision engineering.
In addition, the product is also suitable for lubricating the sides of teeth in precision gears (e.g., bevel gears on milling machines, in electromechanical actuators for valves).
