Dinitrol PVC PA 283 O2 - 600 ml, gray

DINITROL PVC PA 283 02 is a mixture of PVC-epoxy resin (solvent-free) suitable for outdoor applications, such as hood frames and trunk lids.
For resistance to EC washing, it is necessary to dry the material in a ventilated dryer at a minimum temperature of 160°C and a maximum temperature of 200°C (+- 20 minutes).

The material is approved according to the specification OPEL L000 0406.

Application

DINITROL PVC PA 283 02 is applied from airless pumps, high-pressure hoses, and pumps with suitable extension nozzles. Application parameters depend on the nozzle, temperature, type of equipment, etc. The maximum object temperature is 200°C, for a maximum of 60 minutes. Baking at a minimum object temperature of 175°C for at least 20 minutes.
