Dinitrol 6090 - 1.3 kg, dark gray

DINITROL 6090 is used, for example, for repairing sheets in automobile body manufacturing and is particularly suitable for thicker layers and repairs of heavily rusted areas.
The product adheres very well to steel sheets, cast iron, and aluminum alloys, and after curing, it can be cut, drilled, sanded, and milled. Even after sanding, DINITROL 6090 retains its light aluminum-like color. For this reason, the material is also ideal for repairs (e.g., casting cavities in aluminum castings).

Application
Carefully mix the required amount of filler material with 0.5 - 2% hardener and apply to the sanded substrate. A layer thickness of up to approx. 4 mm can be applied in one operation.
Thicker layers should be applied in several layers, even on smaller areas, with the next layer being applied only after the first has cured.
The filler can be sanded after 20 - 30 minutes.
