Belzona 2211 is a reactive two-component polymer with several molecular weight grades – low-strength, medium-strength, and high-strength. It is primarily used for the renovation of metal and rubber components of machines and parts. On the other hand, it is an indispensable part of the production of rubberized parts. Belzona 2211 is characterized by its mechanical strength and hardness, adheres well to substrates such as neoprene, rubber, polyurethane, PVC, or steel, copper, aluminum, and other metals, even to concrete. It is suitable for use at temperatures from -40 °C to +65 °C. Typical applications of Belzona 2211 include the renovation of conveyor belt components, pump casings, but it is also suitable for expansion joints.
