Sikaflex 591 is a sealant based on silane-terminated polymer (STP). Due to its excellent resistance to harsh marine conditions, it can be used in a wide range of applications. Sikaflex 591 meets common environmental and safety standards and sets new ecological benchmarks.
Sikaflex 591 complies with the fire spread requirements (FTP Code Part 5) of the International Maritime Organization (IMO).

APPLICATION AREA
Sikaflex®-591 is a universal sealant designed for marine applications. Suitable for flexible sealing of joints resistant to vibrations and various other internal and external seals. Sikaflex®-591 has good adhesion to many substrates commonly used in the marine industry.
Sikaflex®-591 is not suitable for sealing plastics prone to stress cracking (e.g., PMMA, PC, etc.)
