Description
Description
- Usage: Paste suitable for lubricating screws and nuts exposed to high temperatures, made from steels resistant to high or extremely high temperatures, e.g., nickel-containing alloys. Successfully used in bolted joints of steam and gas turbines and in nuclear power plants.
- Example of use: Ensuring easy disassembly of bolted joints on spinning blocks in the production of plastic fibers
- Properties: Highly pure (less than 500 mg of sulfur, less than 200 mg of chlorine and fluorine in 1 kg of paste), can be used up to +1400°C; friction coefficient similar to oil-lubricated screws, precise tightening of preloaded screws, prevention of stress-induced cracking and brittleness. Allows for easy release of bolted joints even after prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
- Composition: solid lubricating particles with minimal sulfur content; partially synthetic oil; thickener; adhesion improver
- Temperature range of use: from -40°C to +1400°C
- Packaging: can: 500g (with brush), drum: 25kg
- Color: gray/black
- Static penetration [mm/10]: 280 - 310
- Density at 20°C [g/ml]: 1.2
- Welding under load [N]: 4400 (Four-ball test)
- Wear value under 800N/mm load: 1.7 (Four-ball test)
- Friction coefficient measurement in bolted joints: µ Thread: 0.15; µ Head: 0.09
