The Loctite SI 5610 silicone offers a very good combination of bond strength after curing and good temperature resistance up to 180 °C – temporarily and even more. It is primarily used in industrial production, specifically for sealing glass-ceramic plates to stove constructions, sealing heat exchangers, and heat sources. Due to its quick curing, the Loctite SI 5610 silicone is also suitable for emergency repairs of steam and water pipes, thus overall maintenance not only in industry. Loctite SI 5610 silicone is very easy to apply; we recommend a mixing ratio of 2:1 by volume to achieve the best properties after curing.
