Loctite SF 7800 - Zinc Spray 400 ml

Loctite SF 7800 provides a premium corrosion-resistant coating at room temperature on metal materials. Typical applications include touching metal components after welding and providing long-term protection for assemblies of metal parts. It is also used to restore protection to repaired galvanized components (such as safety railings, pipes, flanges, tanks, panels, etc.). The typical usage temperature range for this product is from -50 °C to +550 °C.

How to apply Loctite SF 7800:

• Remove rust, old coatings, and similar from the surface. If possible, sandblast the surface. Remove oil, grease, and dirt using Loctite SF 7063 cleaner. Shake well before use.
• Spray the product from a distance of 20 to 30 cm until an even layer is achieved.
• The coating is touch dry after 30 to 60 minutes. Allow to dry properly for at least 24 hours before further use.
