Loctite SF 7505 - 1L, Rust Converter

Loctite 7505 Super Rust Killer is an excellent rust remover - an environmentally friendly, lead-free water-based coating that removes rust by converting it into a stable iron compound. Loctite 7505 safely strips surfaces of rust and subsequently protects them against further rusting by sealing the surface from water and airborne moisture.

The lead-free rust remover Loctite 7505 SUPER RUST KILLER (also referred to as a lead-free rust converter based on water) can be successfully used as an excellent agent for protective coatings of metals in both home and industrial applications:
· primer for rust removal,
· topcoat as protection for metals against moisture,
· conversion of rust into stable, paintable iron compounds.

Instructions for use of Loctite 7505 rust remover:
1.Remove loose rust and paint with a brush.
2.Shake the container thoroughly and generously apply Loctite 7505 rust remover to the surface.
3.The white color will change to black - protective effect has been achieved.
4.Repeat the second coat after one hour.
5.Reapply to areas with uneven black color.
6.Apply additional topcoat after 24 hours.
7.Clean used tools with water.
