The dry lubricant Loctite 8192 is used to reduce friction and prevent seizing on non-metal surfaces. The Loctite 8192 product creates a very fine dry film after application, which serves as a lubricant. We recommend using Loctite 8192 on materials such as primarily wood, various types of plastics, glass, ceramics, elastomers, and more. At the same time, the protective film prevents the accumulation of dust and dirt; it can also be used as a separator in various molds and similar applications. The normal operating temperature at which the dry lubricant Loctite 8192 lubricates well and reduces friction is approximately from -180 °C to 260 °C.
