Elastomers are highly abrasion-resistant materials that are used in conjunction with rubber. The Belzona 2111 elastomer is designed for the renovation of rubber machinery components, but it can also be used directly in the production of rubber components. It is a two-component material that should be used within a temperature range of -40 °C to +65 °C. A significant advantage is that this elastomer is highly elastic and also has excellent mechanical strength, ensuring a long service life. It is most commonly used on conveyor belts, tanks and reservoirs, pipes, fittings, or expansion joints.
